Music Method
This song has four phrases in each verse. I plan on putting up my numbers 1 – 4 on the board in the front of the room. Then I will place the flipchart without page numbers for verse one and two somewhere around the room, face down, so the pictures and words cannot be seen.
I will then pick a child to go and get one paper. They will have to decide under which number to place that phrase. I will read it for the Junior Primary. They can ask the other children to help them decide. I will whisper in their ear if they are correct or wrong. They can change around the paper until they get it right.
If they get a phrase in the right spot, we will sing that phrase as the pianist plays the melody. Repeat this process with another of your best singers! Soon, all the phrases will be in the right spot, and you will be able to sing the whole song.
(Notice that I made the second verse on the back a different color. This will help you keep the verses separate!)

Gospel Teaching
As the children assemble these phrases and create the song, you could relate this experience to the choices they have to make in their lives. There are many things to choose from. Once they choose something, many voices are telling them how, when, why, etc. This can be related to their friends advising which number to place the phrase. Some voices might be right. Some voices might be wrong.
Sometimes, we will make a wrong choice. That is how we learn. We are here on this earth to learn. Gratefully, God has given us the Holy Ghost to help us make choices and help us gain knowledge about fixing mistakes. That can be related to the chorister whispering in their ear, telling them if they got the words in the right place or not.
After you sing the whole song, you could take all the phrases down and mix them up. Then ask another great singer to come and put them in the right places. This should be easier because they have already sung the song. This could be related to watching and learning from others’ experiences or learning right and wrong from our own experiences.
Happy Singing!
